Generation Training is the process of teaching people a set of leadership skills that have been proven for more than 2000 years!  This curriculum was developed from a study of the leadership ability of Jesus.  It is not a religious perspective but instead focuses on 12 key characteristics that Jesus, the man, demonstrated in his quest to be a powerful leader with a lasting impact.  Jesus launched a vision that is still going strong after more than 2000 years, billions of people, and the vision is still having impact in hundreds of countries.

Content includes:

• willing to question and learn
• being visionary
• articulating your vision and trusting your "calling"
• being adventuresome, learning to take risk
• working with a team of followers
• serving as a mentor to your disciples
• being hands on with your action plan
• learning to handle confrontation with a warrior attitude
• getting outside of your comfort zone and changing the culture
• planning long term, even after you are gone
• taking time to be reflective
• commitment worth dying for.......    

Curriculum can be customized for your organization including an Extreme Speech for large groups, audio CD for individual development, and participant workbook for group or self study.
